MisterCertified ships computer systems in the contiguous 48 states via UPS Ground Service. Alaska, Hawaii, and the rest of the world are serviced via air delivery.

Monitors, speakers, printers, and other components may be shipped separately from the computer and may arrive on different days.

Returns

MisterCertified, Inc. values our relationship with you and offers a return policy on most non-custom built products you buy directly from MisterCertified. Under this policy, you may return to MisterCertified, within thirty (30) days from the invoice date the product, non-custom built products that you purchased directly from MisterCertified for a credit or refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees.

Due to their fully customized nature, any system containing one or more customized parts or any system containing one or more items, selections or parts with an asterisk (*) marked on the order and invoice are non-refundable and non-cancelable three days after the original order date. In the event your system contains these specified components or parts, but is determined to be non-functional during the thirty (30) days after shipment to you, we will repair your system at no charge, but you will not have the right to return the system for refund, due to the highly custom nature of these systems.

Hardware Products and Accessories: All hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts, and software that is unopened and still in its/their sealed package may be returned within thirty (30) days from the invoice date for a credit or refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees. Open, activated, or registered software cannot be returned.

Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 15% must be charged on hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts, and unopened software still in its/their sealed package. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for any reason, including non-functioning systems. We will gladly repair any non-functioning system and return it to you at no charge, but must enforce the restocking charge if you choose not to allow us to repair your system.

How to Return: You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order to return products to MisterCertified. To receive an RMA number, you must contact MisterCertified’s Customer Care Department and request to receive an RMA number within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. You must obtain a RMA number in order to return the product. MisterCertified will refuse all shipments that do not have a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

You must return the product to MisterCertified’s facility with proof of delivery within thirty (30) days of the date on your invoice, regardless of when during this thirty (30) day period you receive your RMA number. You must:

  • Ship back all products you are seeking to return to MisterCertified (including all original contents, the accessories box, and all peripherals).
  • Return the products in their original packaging, in as-new condition, along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment. If you do not have the original packaging, your system cannot be returned for refund.
  • Ship the product at your sole expense with proof of delivery to our designated facility and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

Upon receipt of the complete returned purchase, MisterCertified will issue a credit or refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees. Credit will be issued to the original credit card if used during the initial purchase, or a check will be issued within 14 days if paid by check originally. No exceptions to this policy can be made.

Note: Before you ship the product to MisterCertified, make sure to back up the data on the hard drive(s) and any other storage device(s) in the product(s). Remove any confidential, proprietary, or personal information, removable media, such as floppy disks, CDs, or PC cards. We are not responsible for any of your confidential, proprietary, or personal information; lost or corrupted data; or damaged or lost removable media.
